Namaste and a VERY VERY VERY HAPPY DIWALI 🪔 🎇
This festive week, I felt like making something special, so I present my very special.... COCONUT BURFI CUPS!
Coconut burfi is a delicious Indian sweet made with coconut, sugar, milk and cardamom powder. It is one of the most commonly made sweet during festivals & celebrations throughout India, because it is very easy to make and extremely tasty to eat.
I really hope you like my burfi cups, which are much easier to make and gift to others on this festive occasion!
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 tsp Ghee
- 1 cup Milk
- 1.5 cups Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Ground Cardamom
- 2 cups Desiccated Coconut
