Your cooking and baking reminded me so much of my mother who is no more.. it was her passion to cook .. she was always a chef to everyone who knows her,whether it be a family gathering, function, prayers etc, she would be the main cook. Your videos are really so lovely to watch, great cooking.
I literally sat down and watch every video I could have come across and this was the best you put the ingredients in your bio also you explain in detail who ,what ,when and why ? Excellent job for a novice like me . No other recipe explained the texture etc.

I made some today but I added my spin on it I threw in a handful of almonds a bit of ginger blend with coconut a dash of Jamaican white rum dash of flax dash of almond essence and rosewater and also I added a bit more raisins and coconut I didn't need as much water though and I only add 1c sugar next time I'll be adding less was a bit too sweet for me IT TURNED OUT REALLY WELL VERY DELICIOUS
Ok I believe the reason it's called a .......coconut drop.....is because you drop it from the spoon so it needs a softer consistency......to ..drop....🤷
It's just the name of it hun, make it or call it whatever you like, it will taste the same. I also read your first comment where you were quite rude. I'm glad you revised it because I will no longer tolerate hate and rudeness on my channel. I do welcome tips, tricks and advice.
