just a long hallway with an unknown entity with glowing eyes like beams slowly edging towards you as you're backed up against a wall, as you slowly realize its just a car

I love how at slower speeds you hear certain things and at faster speeds your brain can't process all those sounds so you focus on the longer structures.
The beginning slowed down that much sounds like it's own song, from like an indie horror game, but then it turns into the Middle School jazz band version of the song 😅
it's crazy how once the song picks up (around 65% as someone else helpfully notated) the constant increase in pitch doesn't interfere with the songs listenability. It's almost like I'm tuning out the fact that it's speeding up - until it goes over 100% and then it becomes very noticable
POV: You went to the abandoned shopping mall and found the electricity switch. You may not have pressed any buttons, but by being in it's sheer presence, the lights are turning on one by one. Pretty shortly after, the ghost of all the security guards start walking around as your location is revealed.
@@goldblock7386This is not exponential growth. This is linear growth with completely arbitrary increases to the rate of the growth at specific times. Exponential growth is when the rate of growth increases by exponential margins (i.e. powers of a number, multiplying by the same number every time) which can be proven wrong due to how the growth increases. The time it takes to go from 0% -> 100% is 4m57s then the growth rate takes a sudden increase and from 100% -> 200% it takes 2m12s, likewise for 200% -> 300% which takes 1m29s. There’s no exponent to be found there. Another way you can describe exponential growth is if the growth rate gets exponentially faster over time with a constant acceleration in the growth rate. Though this can also be proven wrong due to the fact that the growth rate stays the same throughout. 0% -> 50% takes 2m58s and 50% -> 100% also takes 2m58s. This is disguised to look like exponential growth to the untrained eye but it really isn’t. (One more thing, it takes 2m12s to go from 100% -> 200% so if this really were exponential growth and we are to stick to whole numbers because non-integer powers aren’t very practical, it would take at least the same amount of time to get from 200% -> 400%, but that takes 2m56s instead)

This would make for a good guessing game. Shut your eyes and try to exactly find when the music reached 100.00% 😂 The postman will grant you a piece of heart if you are right

I’m gonna use this to get out of bed in the the morning as it perfectly represents my waking up, slow start, steady pace and then my increasing levels of “AHHHHHH I’M LATE”! Edit: the ending represents the panic attacks (500%+)
Hear me out: a horror game where Mario Is the bad guy, and when he chases you, you hear this music. When he gets closer the music speeds up, but when you lose him it slows down again....
The horror vibes from the ultra slow version reminds me of the fact that "But Nobody Came" is just a few notes from Flowey's happy-sounding theme song at ultra slow speed. Side note: Nice touch animating Mario's run cycle so we get an idea of the scale of the speeding-up process.
I clicked onto this video hoping to find that it was quadratic growth and correct it and be really proud of myself. I've come to the unfortunate realization that the speed appears to be arbitrary
