Coconut Pineapple Cake 椰丝凤梨蛋糕 | Apron
全蛋 egg 1
蛋黄 egg yolk 3
植物油 vegetable oil 30g/ 2 1/2Tbsp
凤梨 pineapple 50g
低筋面粉 cake flour 50g/ 4Tbsp
蛋白 egg whites 3
糖 sugar 30g/ 4Tbsp
塔塔粉 cream of tartar 1/8tsp
凤梨 pineapple
椰丝 coconut
pan size 16cm/6“ 圆模
160度摄氏烤 40-45分钟
Bake at 160c for 40-45minutes

Thank you! I made this recipe this morning and it works very well. Delicious!!! I don't have the same type of baking pan so I used two greased 5-inch baking dishes. Worked great.

Hi,this is the egg whites problem, you can try this,beat the egg white on high-speed speed until become bubble form,begin beat the egg whites on low speed added sugar separately for three times until firm peaks form,they become foamy and frothy it takes about 5-10 minutes to whip the eggs whites.

So the answer is yes we can replace each egg with a ripe banana or with 1,5 Tspoon water and 1(one) T sp. Baking. powder ( be care areful B.P not B Soda ) thanks
