Thanks..,cooking in hot deep frying not in my diet. So have to find a better solution..so I may enjoy this. Calorie wise in ghee is 200+ for one..way too high..,flours..sugars…dried fruits..are all to consider. Okay. Happy Diwali to you.
maybe try light frying to brown then baking you can always use a natural sweetener and whole wheat too or a mix of gluten free. Roat isn’t an everyday food it’s meant to be eaten in pieces
