Yes you can make the day before. Keep in air tight container to keep crunchiness. This recipe make a little more than half a tray depending on size you roll.

I like this machine except I wish it cooked faster. I had a different kind which cooked within 30 seconds. This one takes a bit longer. The rolls stay crispy for a few days, I’m not exact on days as my kids eat these up within 2-3 days. 3 days for sure they remain crispy if kept in close container.

I bought it online years ago. Look up krumcake maker. I think Walmart sells something similar to this.

Hi, I have not tried with water. I’m sure it’ll work but you’ll need to add less water then what the recipe calls for to replace coconut milk.
