Yes you can make the day before. Keep in air tight container to keep crunchiness. This recipe make a little more than half a tray depending on size you roll.
Thanks for sharing ur recipe! I got a pizzelle maker which I did not like bc the roll came out too thick and it did not stay crispy long. How do you like this maker? Did the roll stay crispy? I wanna get one and try ur recipe. Tia.
I like this machine except I wish it cooked faster. I had a different kind which cooked within 30 seconds. This one takes a bit longer. The rolls stay crispy for a few days, I’m not exact on days as my kids eat these up within 2-3 days. 3 days for sure they remain crispy if kept in close container.
