If you have bleached hair at all do not try this its going to be a big dry knot. If your hair is dry, frizzy, has split ends or anything but smooth silky and straight do not tie your hair in knots. "No I did it it totally works" no they didn't.
Yeah the knot doesn't stay in I tried this a long time ago. Plus it doesn't work on hard to curl hair . I go with the old robe belt method . Works perfect and quick to do before going to bed
I’ve been doing this for months lol but one time I did it and I did something wrong obviously because I had a huge knot in my hair so I had to cut it off took a while to grow back
