Ur IndianConsumer bhai mera Amazon me cod band kar diya hai me jab costume care pe phone Kiya to wha bol rahe hai aapne 2015 me eak phone magwa tha waha COD se magaya tha lakin kisi Karan se received nahi kar paya lakin 2016 me koi problem nahi par 2017 me mera eak v cod nahi ho Raha hai How to sloved this problem

Hi Prasad I don't usually comment on RU-vid but there are few things that i feel is wrong/incomplete. 1) There is a limit on the amount for COD delivery, expensive mobiles/laptop will surely going to fall under this bracket. 2) The COD revolution you are talking about will also increase the black money flow, as the COD transactions are hard to track. 3) The third party logistics company uses extra packaging material for the expensive mobile phone which cannot be tempered and you'll never see any cases of wrong/empty parcel in such packets. 4) Whenever you order a LED/TV, company do provide the open delivery as there is no harm opening such product because the seal can be re-pasted to the product in case of any issue where in in mobile cases once the seal is open, no one can help in replacement/return 5) The open delivery isn't allowed until and unless there is any tempering on the parcel, this implies to the sellers as well. 6) If we keep on refusing the orders just because of open delivery, the COD option will be deactivated by the e-commerce website for that particular customer 7) Also COD order attracts the charges called "price transfer charges" which is given to logistics company and if you pay via debit/credit card for such orders, e-commerce/sellers will be shedding out extra amount for the same product. (Also this is very rare where we can pay via card for COD orders) Though the thought is amazing but it has some points which will stop it moving forward, before creating any revolution we need to take this up with the E-commerce first and then we can bring any change. I'm not criticising you work, just adding few part to your video. I love you work and passion towards it. Do think about the above points as well.

Ajay Barthwal Hi Ajay, criticism should be healthy if you want to keep your point. Saying stupid to his moves won't help you anyway.. the refund revolution was the great initiative taken by Prasad.. the rule which has been there from a decade will take nearly 10 months for modification, you cannot ask for instant result from such initiatives. We(consumers) have to take the points into consideration and then it should be taken with the e-commerce industry.

Akash Goyal amazon and flipkart already give instant refund for products delivered from their transport service. And these e commerce sites also need to check whether the product returned is tampered or not before reverting the payment so the concept of instant refund is one sided.

Ajay Barthwal you are absolutely that instant refund concept is one sided... however my friend if e-commerce company start checking the tempering before refunds there is no way they will be making loss.. consumer will always open the parcel and only then they will be able to raise the complaint. The tempering part is only applicable at the time of delivery.. the instant refunds initiated by amazon and flipkart are on specific orders which gets validated by there logistics other than that there will always be some time for exceptions/inspection due to which refunds are delayed.. the issue is not only with e-commerce companies/logistics, it is also with the end consumers who do try doing frauds with the company The only fraud we'll hear about are the one happened with the consumer we never talk about the frauds done by consumers

Few Facts to be Noted: The average return rate on COD orders is about 20% which is a direct expense for the sellers selling their products on marketplaces. This revolution is fair but its going to be done at the cost of sellers money. My question is if you are trying to be fair from the buyers end then please also re-look at things from the sellers end. As you know that the competition is tough and margins have gone down drastically in online business. If you revolutionize this concept the average return rate will shoot up to minimum 40% which means many of the online sellers will have to stop selling online and will make huge losses in business. I dont think its fair to thing from one angle. Instead of COD revolution i think you can talk delivery revolution wherein consumers do not accept packages unless being allowed to be checked by them in front of delivery boy. COD returns is the major reason for many online sellers being at loss and this revolution is just going to put them in more trouble. I welcome your thoughts on this. दोन दिवसांपूर्वी मी अमेझॉन कडून एक ऑर्डर केली वस्तू ती आज सकाळी माझ्या घरी आली. मला घाई असल्या मुळे मी ती वस्तू घेतली आणि पैसे त्या Courior वाल्याला दिले तर तो मला स्वतः bolla की sir एकदा इथेच चेक करून घ्या पार्सल नंतर जर चुकीची वस्तू असेल तर रिफंड साठी तुमचा वेळ जायला नको. मला खूप छान वाटले त्याचे हे बोलणे ऐकून पण जाताना तो एक शब्द बोलला की तुम्ही UIC ची व्हिडिओ नाही बघत का, नसेल तर बघत जा!!!!!!!

one more thing that the delivery boys sometimes don't get the house location and they deliver the product on the road itself on their vehicle. I have also encountered a delivery in which the delivery vehicle was a tempo. In this case they deny to come to the house and deliver the parcel on the road itself. That also must be look into

Happened to me also, i ordered dumbells and i got incline decline bench that too one piece of that package, i sent that item back to the courier. But due to lack of knowledge i didn't took pics of the product, but the courier cooperated with me, they sent me pics of the delivered item with awb no on the parcel. with pics of the packed and unpacked item. because if we want to replace the item, we have to sent the pics of the delivered item to the seller. So this video is very helpful. By the way i asked for replacement, and took that much headache, because i paid via net banking.

Yes prasad me n my brother in law are following this method from last 2 month we had a lots of essue upon that we have lots of argument with delivery boy we reject the product twice after that we get a calll from the product company and they asking reason why you not accpect our product we tell.them whole story then they laugh at us and saying that its not going to work afterwards we react on that and we call e commerce call center we contact delar then we told him everything he is very friendly he help me for that i place order once again same product n then i open the product on camera and then i paid the amount #cod Great job we are with you thank you

sahi hai sir... mere kirayedar ne MI ka phone mangaya tha to uski packaging mai kuch mistake thi... to usne lene se mna kr diya... aur delivery wale 2-3 din tk ghr aake chakkar lgate rahe.. ki sir le lo aap recording kr lo....but usne lene se hee mna kr diya... delivery wala pak ke chla gya.

Same happened with me when I paid 9999 for Meizu mobile purchased from snapdeal. Actually after ordering the courier got off tracking and than a delay of 8 days in delivery and than a phone call from courier office that we received your product but it seems damage so please come and check in courier office. And when I saw the package the mobile was missing in the courier office itself. After all these favorable conditions also it took more than 20 days and of course 100rds of calls to snapdeal. After I have started taking cod option only and I always check in front of courier boy before payment

i have been shopping with amazon.in and i always prefer online payments coz they are easy and safe too. And sometimes we need an product and cant b able to save the amount till the delivery tym. and also i think amazon.in has the best customer care, they always help the consumers on refund replacement and other issues. So basically online payments would b a better choice.

Dear Prasad, As you already know that I am a proud member of the UIC family. I already run an ecommerce website of my own and there are a few reasons due to which I disagree with your views expressed in this video. I would be glad if you could express your view on my disagreements. 1) If a customer opens a COD package and the contents inside are exactly what the customer ordered but for some reason if the customer changes his mind after opening the package and returns it, the complete loss would be on the courier company as the seller wont accept an opened COD returned package. Also if the seller somehow accepts it and the contents are damaged then the seller will have to bear the losses. 2) In the past week itself, there have been 2 instances of 2 different consumers who ordered products from my website, and during delivery they opened the package before paying for it. One of them snatched it, abused the courier person and kept the product without even paying. The other customer opened the package, tore the clothing item in front of the courier person and returned the package saying it was damaged. Evidence of both these claims are present with me if needed. 3) This video of yours is promoting the use of COD. As a fact, I would like to let you know that 30-35% of COD orders are returned because the consumers simply refuse to accept it upon delivery. Every such order causes a loss of minimum Rs. 150/- to the seller since he has to pay the return courier charges as well. On an average I receive 2000 orders per month on my webstore out of which atleast 700 are returned. This straightaway removes Rs. 1.05 lacs from my nett profit in such a competitive market. I totally agree that consumer is the King but the processes should be organised in such a way that it becomes a win win situation for both the entities. Please share your views on the same. Thanks

+Sanket Matai UOD - unbox on delivery ...this can be the solution as suggested by one our subscriber..the delivery boy should unbox himself as far as apparel are concerned myntra has the trial on delivery option which I feel is the best solution and if we talk about electronics all of their packages are sealed...if the seal is tampered the consumer should not accept it.

I ordered Samsung Galaxy S8 from Amazon and when it came to my house I hold to open in front of me to the delivery boy and the delivery boy told mai open nhi karunga mai chala jaunga aap uske baad open Kar ligiyega.I told him to take back the product

also please check IMEI NUMBER of box/cell phone/bill even seller sell you a service piece with seal box. which can cause damage or warranty problem.

Hey bro. just wanted to narrate an incident that happenend to me last week. i ordered one moto x force 32gb from amazon for 13k on june 19. the order got placed, payment was made in advance through debit card and delivery of the product was promised on or before june 24. i was tracking the parcel through the amazon app and it reached the Surat courier facility on 22. then i got an email on 22nd itself that the product is returned back to the seller. i called amazon customer care and they told that the product got damaged during transit and so it could not be delivered and therefore is being returned to seller. i asked for a replacement of the product and after a few arguments the customer care guy agreed for the replacement. Got a new tracking id no. on the app for my order. then on 23rd i got another email informing that the order has been cancelled and refund procedure has been initiated. i called the customer care again and got the answer that the product can not be replaced as it is out of stock for replacement but i can order a new one as it is in stock for fresh sales. i was told that stock for replacement is different from stock for fresh sales. i dont wana order a fresh one just because the price has gone up to 21k. is there anything i can do and claim my product at the sale price which was 13k ??? would really appreciate ur help bro.

HI Sir please help me. 1. I have purchased Creative speaker SBS A120 2.1 a month ago. 2. On 2nd day itself it sounds as fault woofer, i went to service center and they said Due to GST impact Stock is not available come back after 4 days. 3. After 4 days we went there and and they took my product and said please take new product with in 2 days. 4. But after 2 days they provided us very old product which sounds also not well. 5. I denied to take the old product. 6. they said wait for 10 more days and they replace with new product,. 7. But today i went and asked about my new product they simply saying that vendor is not giving your product wait for 1 month to 3 months. how to go to consumer forum Please advise me how to do.
