I have a great love and respect for the PS4 and Xbox One consoles. When they were launched, they were a big step forward compared to the previous generation, and it was clearly visible in the quality of the games. These consoles provided us with enjoyable entertainment for a whole decade.
My ps4 entertained me without braking even once for 10yrs. The og launch day ps4 and its still working like a new console if you dont listen to the jet engine sound😂
I have a ps4 Pro, so thankfully no jet engine. Also how many times since you've had it have you actually took it apart to clean it? Or even use a tooth brush and clear the vents. Probably why it sounds so loud. Any mechanism can be kept to it's original standards if it very well looked after. Clean mine every week, every month a full strip down clean. Well worth the time and just keeps it like new.
the operator glitch used to happen in battlefield 5 and 2024 on ps4 as well. it's because these closup models are 400-500mb in size and the slow hdd of the console can only load like 30mb per second so it just renders the placeholder model while you wait

Tbf the ps4 especially the ps4pro still stands up pretty well, the first pic is just load in time and doesnt always happen like that. Even when i get the ps5 in couple months still going to use my ps4pro. We all know the next gen is better, but tbh that wasnt mind blowingly better, especially compared to a gaming pc, which in principle i wouldnt use lol. Playstation brought the high spec amusement gaming machines to your home, i remember spending all day playing starwars and the graphics was amazing, just before 1995 when playstation came out. Then the amusement gaming bars just fizzled out.

I have a ps4, ps5, and a PC. and Ima say though the quality looks nicer on ps5. It’s not as bad on ps4 as it looks in the video. I’m pretty sure it just has to do with your internet speed. (though my ps5 and PC do load faster…)
