The zombie not dying part when you don't have a weapon , is actually a nuke bug, the nuke goes and burns all zombies at once but some are still alive and waiting for the nuke to get them dead (I think it works slowly) for newer spawns maybe, so the zombie is already dead acc to the game and cuz it's a nuke, I used to die like this so many times on nuketown map cuz I would just stop moving once I take the nuke but there's this one zombie that's always bugged out lol and takes his time to die after like 10 seconds.
