i have this code and changed oil with thick oil is that why i still have it ? i replaced all sensors

Which sensors and what type of oil? Any other codes pop up?

@@JoelsDriveway i’m not sure on the oil a shop did it and i changed both camshaft sensors and the crankshaft sensor
