Where can I do a learners test? Because I want to do the hand written learners. I initially had a learners then it expired so I went to do the computerised learners then I failed by 1 pt but I don’t want go through it again. So I want to know if traffic department that still use the Book A, Book B, Book C system. I stay in Pretoria but don’t mind traveling. Thanx
