Can you please share some websites where we can get knowledge of all the algorithms required for competitive programming. Because there are a lot of algorithms and data structures in codeforces tag which I haven't even heard of in my university.

How many years did it cost for you become redcoder at codeforces?

I wouldn't say that it "costed" me some years but I became red after around 6 years of doing programming. Plus I did a lot of math before.
