Interesting bag, but camera angle makes it hard to see it clearly. Pack it and put it on so we can see what it is.

You got it, Ziad! Currently, we have no plans to review the CODEOFBELL X-PAK Sling Pack in the immediate pipeline. And, we haven't had our hands on the Boundary Supply X-Pac Arclite Sling Pack yet, but if that changes we'll keep you updated. 😊👍 - Rebecca

I love the concept of the quick look videos, but to me they're more effective at less than 10 minutes (in most cases less than 5).

Dude, there is too much going on. I have the tendency of losing stuff and this would be no bueno for me bro... and when I'm in the airport I need to quickly get to passport or money and not mess with all these damn buckles it just too much. The only upside I see to this is how quality built material and metals are, and also the strap looks super comfortable... I just dont see myself getting into knife fights, gun fights and carrying anything more than 5 grenades at one time. They should make a minimalistic version for half the price ($75). They did some pretty good photoshop work on their website -- Anyways I love your reviews and site.

Code of bell offers an add on laptop case that attaches to the back I believe. Might be alittle bigger

I bought the x-pak pro (smaller than this but larger than the x-pod) and I have tried to love it. I think that its unique styling is part of its downfall for me. When you load it up from both ends it’s not all that comfortable. Access when full is not easy unless you remove the pack. The quality is amazing though.

I also do not load up the top portion with any heavy items because the "shark fin" becomes unbalanced. It's good for a jacket or sweater, things that you can easily compress.

For me, way too many straps and buckles. I know i would take some off on one trip and lose them by the time i wanted to use them. Appreciate the concept but way too fiddly.

Anyone looking Oct 2020, I have the latest iteration which has 2 buckles either side of the main strap. COFB told me that this is for rucksack carry straps currently being developed. Always forward thinking. Bag is awesome BTW. It has issues, but the convenience outweighs them for me.

Can it be used with a shoulder strap for messenger/over-the-shoulder carry??

@@SIickTurtIe No, you can use the side handle to carry like a brief case, but not over the shoulder in that way. Very comfortable in sling carry, although not if the load is very heavy. The strap also loosens gradually when you walk. ✌️

hey, im ready to buy one of these but, i need to know if i could connect a shoulder strap?.......hey, by the way this would kill the game if it could be used as a back and lumbar too!

Hey Jazz, there are a few different places on this pack where you could attach a shoulder strap, however, it is not designed to do so. Therefore, the carry may not be as comfortable as the strap cannot be anchored in the right place. We haven't tested this pack out with a shoulder strap, so we can't verify 100% how good the carry will be, but the attachments points would make it possible. The shoulder strap that is already on there is pretty padded and we were impressed with how comfortable that is alongside the padded back panel. - Rebecca

So many flaps and straps for kinda boring pockets. Maybe I need to see one in person to get the concept. I much prefer the evergoods CPL style bags, or the Bellroy slings. Simple.
