I'm currently working on my cs degree and one of my classes is WebDev. We are starting CSS this week and I was curious for div worked. The way that you explained and demonstrated it just made it click, thank you for taking the time to make this and sharing the information.

I never understood the DIV and DIV id. Now I know these are the containers that shape a web page. Has been a long time since I practiced my html (before html5). But this is something new for me to try out and to mess about with. To think my html curiousity all started with changing a background colour on a page. Took it and ran with it....... Much appreiciate the video, thank you.

im using visualstudio to code and idk if IM doing something wrong, or this program just sucks balls or maybe i dont have the right extensions installed IDK...BUT...i have my parameters written for my head and body in both html and css but its not copying over into my localhost site. like i copied your code line for line yet its still not showing up (css). the html shows, the characters appear on the screen but none of the css affects show. and all my lines of code are approved (no error feedback) so its not like im just typing word spaghetti into nothing. IDK but its starting to annoy me.

what i hate most about coding is that simple problems waste an hour of time and its such a stupid inconvenience for something so small. just makes u want to rage quit cause u face another wall, shortly soon after passing the previous one.
