Yep and other work also need hardwork but there's a difference cause while Coding you have to use your brain and while doing other works you go by the pattern of your manager etc

coding requires Common sense , which is not so common. Hearing this made me think whether I lack something or doing anything wrong, may be this is where most are stuck. Can someone explain exactly is wrong here.

Coding is not for everyone. That is for certain… …but the reason is the same as why playing soccer is not for everyone. Some people simply don’t want to do it. Anything you put effort into will have surprising results. Coding is not special.

Please do real market research before falling for these content creators. There is a global decline in web dev projects and major companies are surviving on maintenance costs from their previous clients. There are close to no new projects available in the market. There is a huge difference between the web dev market of youtube content creators and the real world web dev industry.
