Damn I choked up a bit, Thank you Cody for all the good memories you gave us. I was their for Opening day 2019 and I knew then your year would be special. I just didn't know you would have a fall off the coming years but it is what it is. You are a special player and we are grateful as Dodger fans that you gave us lots of great memories. Thank you

I knew I was going to come across this video and just smile at how amazing this man is. It is so great to see him picking it up again with the Cubs and I hope he goes on a complete run. His dad talking about him really almost made me cry because I know he has such an amazing bond with his dad.

@@lakc72 Or maybe he just got fully healthy again? Shoulder injuries and his leg/foot injuries all took a toll. He even had to have surgery so there’s that. I hope he comes back to LA. I miss our guys.

I was a Dodger fan, an MLB fan in general. After I saw where the Dodgers said that men that sleep with men and dress up like women are heroes I'm done. Absolutely terrible what the media and some fans did to undermine Bellinger in LA. I don't think it's a disconnection that LA was routinely a .650, approaching .700 team while Belli was there ... and only barely over .500 now that he's not. Defense wins games.

I don’t appreciate a player that failed us miserably for 3 years ($16M/yr) and not be honest with the fans. When I look at Belli, he’s not telling us something. Whether it’s a hidden injury or unhappiness with the team, teammates, fan base, or whatever, he kept his silence and left. Ended on a sour note pretty much. If he’s gonna be like that he’s not my boy. Don’t put up a show with straight face waving his cap. Just go away. Buh bye.
