Damn, i don't know how to begin, Well, I'm here since december 21st 2009 , and i don't regret, so many persons told me he was a wasting of time, but i never care about that, Now I just want you to know that I'm so proud of that kid, who grew up on Gold Coast Queensland, that little kid which his life was swimming, he enjoyed to sing with his dad, he started uploading videos and singing for the charity and he was afraid, like everyone I guess, when he started making music, i guess he was not comfy with the music he was singing and recording, And now when I hear this, I get in tears, because this is his original style. I grew up with him, I saw how he grew up, i saw him reach the fame, i saw him visiting so many countries, i saw him reach the fame with some songs like "Pretty Brown Eyes" but now i notice all that successful songs, that i enjoyed to listen, doesn't meant anything to him. Now I know what means everything to him. I read a comment down and it says that he would never reach 100 million visits on her videos, and maybe he would never reach that quantity, but I don't care, and I don't think he would care that, I know the thing that matters to him is to share his incredible music, is what matters to a real artist. For last thing I want to say that I'm SO SO proud of him, and I'm always going to be.

He is so underrated when he has real good music that is not pop and mainstream. Its not comercializad music. This is so him, so beautiful. I do like pop music but this is something new and different, and many young artists should follow Cody because he has done something very brave and powerful and artistic and we really need more of this.

11 MONTHS LATER: GIGI IN PILLOW TALK

No amount of words would be able to express my feelings, but I'm honestly just SO proud of Cody. I've been a fan since 2011, and I'm glad to say that I've seen him grow and mature gracefully as an artist. I'm not going to lie, I'm going to miss the music he used to make when he was still in his early teens, but seeing him like this, seeing that he finally found where he belongs, makes me so happy. For years, he's struggled to put out music of his own, but now, his music is a reflection of his real self. As of now, he still is an underrated musician. He still doesn't get much credit for his work, let's face it. But I've always wanted him to be known for being a lyrical genius and for playing his instruments well, and I feel like this new kind of music he produces will be his pathway to success. Once an Angel, always an Angel 👼

I really like the path he's taking. At the beginning he was a kind of Justin Bieber, now he's a kind of young John Mayer. He's only 18 and aleady improved a lot since he started in the music industry. Good job man!

I love Cody so much!!! And I love Gigi too! I have been a fan of Cody since the beginning and I am so proud of him. One of my biggest dreams came true on 1/11/14. I got to meet Cody and Gigi. He was so nice and we talked for a little bit. The 2nd time was June of 2014 at the New Horizons 5k event. I ended up talking to Gigi for a while and she called him over to meet me but at the same time, he was called on stage so he had to go. When he walked off stage, I walked up to him and we talked for a while too. I got pictures with each of them both times I met them. Cody has helped me through so much and has made me a better person. Thank you Cody.

I adore Cody, he's such an underrated artist. Does he even have radio play in America? I wouldn't know cause I never listen to the radio lol. But he seems like such a humble, cool dude. I've loved him for years. His earlier stuff like Surfers Paradise were my summer jams. Can't wait to hear this new stuff!

I saw a pic of Cody Simpson on Tyler Ward's Instagram, and Tyler was raving about him and his music. I remember Cody from is early teeny-bop days, and really didn't like his music. But after listening to this song, I can honestly say I'm a fan! Holy crap! Cody's music has matured so much, and love the instrumental value to it! He's a legit artist now!

See this is the type of music thats real... i can already see the difference from his labels bullshit music and this, his first independent record... Just shows how much a label holds u back..
