Hello mister, I have problem with ABAQUS. I want to simulate half-ball to cup contact with 0.05 radial clearance. How to remove gap because of radial clearance, so the two surface will contact ? I really need your help

hello sir Sir i am B.tech student Sir i am trying to doing 3-point test on RCC beam in which i model a concrete beam as solid element and create hole between them so that i insert a longitudinal reinforcement as solid element in the beam. i am also using stirrups as wire element and embedded into concrete beam. Sir i am trying to give slip property between steel reinforcement and concrete beam therefore i use surface to surface contact and provide normal and tangential behavior (friction coefficient=0.45). but sir my file is not giving result as well as error. Sir, if you have time, then I am hard to send my abaqus file to you please please please sir help me in resolving this issue
