Seriously guys he is wrong, such a high value man, buying p&ssy. I met my last girl, turns out we work near each other. We met for coffee during lunch, by the end she was clinging to me like wet Spandex. I dropped her off back at work, but not before we explored each others tonsils on the street for 2 minutes. Next night I was having wine & a home cooked meal at her place, and 20 minutes after I arrived, I was in every one of her "spaces". So don't listen to someone who is fine buying it, telling you what not to do. Like with life, there is no universal method brothers, just try to learn to read their moods, improve your pattern recognition, and don't stress so much. And for a P.S. that home cooked meal & 5 hours of sweaty fun, total cost, 4 bucks at Starbucks for the Coffee date. So if they want you, it's not costing you a fortune brothers.

I will not do dinner on first dates. Very expensive for someone I don’t know if they like me back. And they take too long because I don’t know if I like them. Coffee and ice cream dates are cheap and quick. I can get out of there fast if I don’t like her or we can keep talking and go somewhere after. I’ve had the most success on ice cream dates and the worst experiences on dinner dates.

I'll continue with the coffee dates. I have filtered out girls that don't like me and I didn't feel that I was used. We men need to have this as a consensus (coffee dates) because the gold diggers know that another man will do it (Dinner dates). However, they are running out of guys to manipulate. A woman that likes you will understand and won't mind.

I think it really depends on your intention. If you want to go on a date to have sex, that day, then don't do a coffee date. But if you're dating with a view to a long term relationship and you want to pre-screen for compatibility and red-flags before investing money into dinner dates and everything else, then coffee dates are perfect. Also, one of women's primary motivations is to feel safe, so if you take her on a safe first date, that'll give her the impression that you are a safe person to be around, which may help her open up to you emotionally, and eventually sexually. I think probably the key is to not stay having coffee dates forever, but as a first date? I have no problem with it.

Lol, and i know thats borderline "its not what you said, its how you said it"...but i really get the impression that the guys are moving more towards entertainment than information and discourse....and you can get that from nearly every other manosphere-esque channel out there. They just happen to throw a few facts out at their big titty guests from time to time instead of just argue with them. And even when they do get into a discourse, they use the kid gloves. Im not saying i want them to pull an FnF and berate the ladies, or pull a Whatever and have some debate master just run circles around them, but man... there's just so little substance to the show these days to keep me coming back, and the standard Mike & Rollo-isms dont help

I like Michael Sartain but completely disagree with him on this one. He's speaking from the point of view of a rich guy who lives in Las Vegas. Rich guys have different dating experience and Las Vegas is totally different than the experience in most of average America where most Americans live. I live in San Diego and coffee dates are the norm here. If a woman is interested often during that date it is her who may suggest doing something else later, either that same day or another day soon. That becomes the real date then. Unlike Las Vegas, Miami, or Los Angeles, San Diego is a very casual and laid-back place and the dating life here reflects that. You have to cater your dating style to where ever you live.

A woman who is a legit 9/10+ going on a coffee date is like Lebron signing for a minimum contract. Yeah it’s a “nice” thing to do but their market value is so much higher. She has to have very high interest in you to do so which is difficult considering women at that level are getting approached by celebrities and professional athletes. It’s extremely rare to see model tier women dating guys with average sexual market value. As a man you’re way better off working on yourself and raising your value to make getting higher tier women easier than complaining about human nature.

He’s in a totally different world. If he expects sex on a first date, it’s a booty call. You neither take her out to coffee or dinner. A coffee date is if you’re looking for a relationship. You’re pre screening her. A dinner date is only if you can afford it, but usually it isn’t necessary for the first date. Save dinner for the second date. It’s normal for these men to have sex early, but not for many men. If you don’t want to lead with sex, you’re pre screening the women for their past sexual history.

He is on the right track, but the best way to handle things is to go ahead and have the dinner date, but SPLIT the bill. This will encourage the garbage to take itself to the curb. If a woman is not EAGER to show that she wants to be an equal partner and that she is not looking for a pay pig, then it is best to move to the next candidate. The ENTIRE point of getting a man to pay for the first date meal is to set the precedent that he will be the provider. Back in 1950, this made sense, but in this world, only a desperate simp or a guy who just wants sex will pay for dinner.

Men should treat dating like the hiring process at a company: start with a casual 'screening' for multiple candidates to gauge basic compatibility, then make cuts for the next round of casual dates, 'follow up with meaningful 'interviews' to explore shared values and goals, and intentions and finally, make an offer for a committed relationship when the match is right. You shouldn’t be doing extravagant dates until a match is made

Uh, no. Just because you are not looking for sex, that doesn't mean that you still can't get the know that person. And besides, a coffee date is a euphemism for any introduction. You go to a coffee house, or bar, as a meeting point. You talk, get to know that person, and then proceed with lunch or some activity.

I don't do coffee dates either, I hate coffee and tea. I don't do spend money first dates, walk in the park or around the block or to a library or any public place where I don't have to spend any money. I want to get to know someone not spend money on them. If we mesh and want to continue seeing each other we can progress through other somewhat cheap dates and then on into reasonably cheap dinners and if we really hit it off I'll make dinner - I cook better food than any restaurant I've ever been to, including fancy steakhouses.

On our first date, I took her to a movie theater but, before that, we went to a supermarket at the same Shopping Center where the Theater is because I wanted to buy a tequila bottle. It depends on the man's reading of the situation. Most good screeners spend a good amount of time texting and a couple calls especially if he's fishing for HVFs. And yes if you're older mature and a made man and your date is refined you might impress her that way. This is once again showing its red pill whatever they want to call it. It's for the under 35 crowd just so you know, I can handle myself over a 2.5 hour dinner and enjoy the dinner experience because I would already know if she can hold a conversation. The opportunity for sex is unimportant when you are dealing with top shelf ladies.

It's just that the pool of women he dates or would date have virtually all had one night stands or flings or other such "casual" sex. I agree with a lot of things he says, but I disagree on this one. If a woman is attracted to you, it doesn't matter at that point. You just have to not screw up. You also need to be outcome independent, so no matter what happens, you're good either way. Having a proper take it or leave it attitude during any encounter yield better results more often than meeting with the express goal of having sex. It's like money. If you chase after it, it gets further way. Provide real value, and you make lots of it.

I like Michael Sartain but he really isn't talking about the average American dating market here. He's in Las Vegas and he's rich. That's a totally different dating experience. I live in San Diego and the coffee date is the norm here. If the woman is interested, at some point during that coffee date it very likely will be her that suggests doing something else afterwards, often though not always that same day.

You should never plan a date. Always plan an adventure. When i was still dating (married now) I'd take a girl out for 4-6 hours. If you alternate between venues where you can talk and ones where you cant it makes things a lot easier. Doesnt have to be expensive, just interesting. If you do it right the girl will almost always put out (not that she's required to). If she does that doesnt mean shes a slut, it means you did a good job.

Expecting the possibility of sex on every date is disgusting. I always dated to probe for compatibility for marriage. I expect I'll get as much sex as I want after I get married.
