Ingredients:
To Make Concentrated Coffee Solution:
2 teaspoons instant coffee powder
1 teaspoon warm water or milk
For the Coffee Pastry Cream Filling:
6 egg yolks
1/3 cup white sugar
1/3 cup cornstarch
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups full cream milk
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
Concentrated coffee solution
For the Coffee Crust:
4 tablespoons softened unsalted butter
1/4 cup white sugar
1 medium egg
1/2 cup all purpose flour
Concentrated coffee solution
For the Dough:
3 cups all purpose flour + 1/4 cup for kneading
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup white sugar
2 1/2 teaspoons instant dry yeast
1 cup lukewarm milk
1/4 cup melted butter
1 medium egg
Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 15-20 minutes
Makes 10 pieces of buns weighing 85g each of unbaked dough

Hello po dun po cream filling ilan cup of mixture po ang nagawa? Para malaman ko po kun ilang ang coffee concentrated solution po ang gagawin? I cup lang po kasi yun ginamit ninyong filling eh
