Ingredients:
For the Jelly
4 cups water
1 pack (25g) clear gulaman
2 tbsp instant coffee
1 cup sugar
Ice candy base:
4 cups water
1 can (375mL) evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
1 cup cornstarch
2 cans (375mL) evaporated milk
2 cans (300mL) condensed milk
1 pack (250mL) all purpose cream
2 tbsp instant coffee dissolved in water
This recipe makes 40pcs of this size.
