I made it with strong italian cappucino with a pinch of cacao in top of each cup. I have diabetes and do not use sugar. Here I added almond milk which is naturally sweet . I love it.thks for the nice video.

recipe: - 100 ml water - 7g gelatin mix - 3tb sugar mix well - 275 ml coffee mix pour into bowls or anything then chill until firm
