This Coffee mousse dessert really had me shocked it was done so quickly that I made different flavors. Nice when you don't want to turn the oven on.

2 tbsp coffee
2 tbsp Sugar
2 tbsp hot water
3/4 heavy whipping cream
2tbsp condense milk
crushed biscoff cookies
Dark chocolate topping
