(A) - 45 gram warm milk - 10 gram coffee powder - 3 egg yolks - 10 gram sugar - 45 gram vegetable oil - 80 gram cake flour (B) - 3 egg whites - pinch of salt - 60 gram sugar (Cream) - 2 teaspoon coffee mix with 1 teaspoon hot water - 100 gram mascarpone - 40 gram sugar - 250 gram heavy cream

What can we use instead of mascarpone? we have cream chesee in supermarkets, is it okey to use?

i've just tried this recipe, and for the first time i made the cake. And the result the tastes good but my sponge cake fail. The texture off my sponge cake is not well done

What is the size of your baking tray

A little tip: you can always substitute the coffee powder with either cocoa powder or vanilla essence depending on what flavour you're going for.. (in different amounts of couse, just listen to that gut feeling)
