PANCAKES WITH STRAWBERRIES AND MOZZARELLA
Pancake batter:
- 250 ml water (or milk, I use water)
- 1 egg (I use 2 eggs as I try to increase my daily intake of protein)
- 120 grams of flour
Mix all ingredients. They will give you 4 thin pancakes if you use a 26cm pan.
Fill each pancake with 3-4 strawberries and a handful of grated mozzarella cheese. Fold pancakes into your preferred shape. Place them on a pan. Warm for 8-12 minutes on a medium heat.

STRAWBERRY CAKE (Super Easy to Make)
INGREDIENTS:
- 4.5 cups of flour
- 1 cup of sugar
- 4 beaten eggs
- 1 cup of oil
- 3/4 cup of lukewarm milk
- 100 grams of yeast
- pinch of salt
- strawberries (I used almost a kilogram)
HOW TO MAKE THE CAKE:
1. Gradually crumble the yeast into the bottom of a wide bowl.
2. Then we sprinkle them with sugar.
3. Add beaten eggs, oil, lukewarm milk, flour and salt. Keep the ingredients in the same order. Add the ingredients in layers, evenly over the entire surface of the bowl (see the video on how I do it).
4. Cover the bowl with a linen cloth. leave it in a warm place and forget about the whole thing for three hours.
5. After this time, briefly mix the contents of the bowl. Line a 26x30 cm baking tray with baking paper and spread the dough evenly. Place strawberries on the cake.
6. Bake for about 35 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees (the cake rises very high).
7. Let it cool and enjoy!
