A very simple, easy dessert to make that combines coffee, mini marshmallows and whipped cream for a unique and tasty treat!
INGREDIENTS
1 cup water
2 tbsp instant coffee granules
6 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
1 cup heavy whipping cream
chocolate pirouline wafer cookies
whipped cream topping (canned or fresh)
Optional: dark chocolate shavings
Enjoy!

Welcome and thank you!!! I think it would be fun to play with different coffee flavors….mocha, peppermint mocha, hazelnut, vanilla, amaretto, Irish creme, caramel, etc. Folding some shaved chocolate into the whip would also make a yummy coffee chip whip. What is your favorite coffee flavor? - Deb

@@DebsKitchen I’m glad I asked. Now you can make more recipes, lol. I was thinking something like chocolate or chocolate mint. I suppose with an extract, almost any flavor can be achieved.
