Music for studying, to increase focus and concentration and especially for ADHD. Cognition enhancer, think clearer and faster electronic ambience Isochronic Tones.
► You can find all the Cognition Enhancer tracks in this playlist: • Cognition Enhancer Iso...
► Subscribe to my channel and be updated with my latest tracks:
www.youtube.com...
► If you are new to this type of audio brainwave entrainment, find out how isochronic tones work and how they compare to binaural beats here: www.mindamend.c....
► This track uses the same isochronic tones session/frequencies as my other Cognition Enhancer tracks/videos, but with a different soundtrack, which is exclusive to RU-vid.
What does this track do?
This music can be used for longer study or homework sessions and will help you to maintain a good level of concentration and focus, while at the same time feeling quite relaxed.
This track contains isochronic tones, which is the repetitive beats you hear behind the music. After around 5 or 6 minutes your brainwaves start to synchronize with the frequency of the tones. Then, as the tones change and cycle up and down through a specific frequency range, your brainwaves follow along in step with them. This process is known as brainwave entrainment.
The ‘beat’ frequencies used in this track range between 10 to 20 Hz, which means they beat at between 10 to 20 times per second. At the lowest end of 10Hz, this is known as the Alpha frequency range, which is a reasonably relaxed mental state. At the highest 20Hz frequency you go up into the Beta range. When you are awake, alert and focused during the day, your brain’s dominant frequency will be in the Beta range.
When we are studying or doing things that are mentally taxing, we might feel very alert and focused, but we are also a little tense, perhaps because of the importance of what we are working on, or maybe because we are under a time deadline. This extra pressure can cause mental blocks and make it harder for you to ‘think on your feet’.
This isochronic tones session is designed to help overcome that problem, by increasing your levels of Alpha and Beta brainwave activity. So you get the benefit of having increased beta activity which is good for concentration, but at the same time you have enough Alpha activity to be relaxed, resulting in a state of relaxed focus, where you can think more clearly and overcome mental blocks.
Headphones are recommended
You can use this session without headphones, but to get the full benefit of the stimulation, particularly if you have ADHD, you need to wear headphones.
This is an advanced ‘split hemisphere’ isochronic tones session, which stimulates each ear with a different beat frequency. Your right brain is stimulated within the 10 to 14Hz range, and your left brain between 10 to 20Hz, making the left more dominant. The left brain is associated with logic, analysis, maths, language, facts and reasoning, so it can be beneficial to have the left more dominant when studying or other similar mentally taxing activities.
ADD/ADHD
ADD and similar disorders are often characterized by "slow-wave" EEG patterns, particularly in the left frontal region. So this track can also provide relief for ADD/ADHD symptoms by increasing the frequency of the brainwave activity in the left brain.
How should you listen to this?
You can listen to this track with your eyes open while studying, reading or doing other activities that require a higher level of concentration. You can also sit somewhere quiet and relaxing and use it as a form of mental meditation with your eyes closed.
When to listen?
It is best to use this during the daytime and early evening, but not too close to bedtime. Because this track stimulates your brain to a more alert and focused state, it’s not suitable for listening to while sleeping, as it will probably disrupt your sleep.
How Loud Should The Volume Be?
Play it at a volume level you feel comfortable with. It should be loud enough to hear the repetitive isochronic tones, but not so loud that it’s uncomfortable for you. Somewhere in the middle is my recommendation.

I'm sure you get a lot of comments and might not see this but I just wanted to express my deepest gratitude to you for this channel and tracks. I started a new job at the start of the global lockdown last year and suffer from a certain amount of depression and anxiety. As a result, my concentration is very spotty and if it's too quiet my thoughts stray from the task at hand. Your channel has actually helped me to focus, work and function as close to normal as anyone can feel in these exceptionally strange times. So, once again: Thank you Jason!

Hello sir please tell me can i become smarter permanently by listening this music. Please kindly reply to me.
@MindAmend
@MindAmend 4 года назад
I'm afraid there isn't a way to become permanently smarter. The brain is continually forming new neural connections and responding to stimulation and your environement. This process is known as neuroplasticity. Even a really intelligent person can lose some of their ability, if they stop stimulating their brains and live/work in an unchallenging environment. Use it or lose it as they say. On the flip side, a great way to try and put your intelligence level up a few notches is to keep challenging your yourself with difficult tasks, problem solving etc. Exercise your mental muscles if you will.

@MindAmend
@MindAmend Год назад
I’m sorry, this is only available on my channel. It is possible to listen offline via the RU-vid app, if you get a RU-vid premium or music subscription.
@johnpaulstampaliaricafrente
@@MindAmend hi sir thank you for responding. But when downloaded even at the highest quality the audio bitrates and frenquencies are significantly compressed, so would be less effective. Maybe you have a drive where I can download it by myself and save it on my micro sd card, memory space wise it would be more convenient.
@MindAmend
@MindAmend Год назад
Unfortunately, I can’t provide any kind of download for this. I’ve used music which I’ve licensed and combined with my isochronic tones session and brainwave entrainment effects. That license only allowed me to put the track on RU-vid as part of a video.
@Solo_noir
@Solo_noir 2 года назад
Is the results permanent?
@MindAmend
@MindAmend 2 года назад
No, the main effects from this are felt while you are listening to it. Think of it as an alternative to drinking coffee or energy drink, taking a pill etc. Outside of surgery or some kind of illness or brain injury, it isn’t possible to produce permanent changes in the brain. This is because of neuroplasticity, which is the brain’s ability to continuously produce new neural connections. The saying use it or lose it is very apt when it comes to describing the brain.

I first listened to this track in 2019. I am 51, had cognitive issues from very low hemoglobin and iron levels that led to a massive blood transfusion last year and 2 iron transfusions in a week every 2 minths for a year, while we tackled getting to the heart of the issues. This track helped me a lot. Theres another I cannot find that had a city scaoe in the background with cars racing about that I used to keep mt mind on cleaning and completing the task. ..cant find it though. Fast forward to today, I had numerous biopsies and we found the issue and I went back to college to complete what I started long ago. Its been since 1999 since I attended and I was close to graduating. This track now, is what I listen to to study. It doesnt distract me (even though being a musician I love great beats) I literally can get through financial statements etc. Just wanted to express how I'm so into if sometjing works....dont change it. I'll continue to use this great work of yours. Be well.

@MindAmend
@MindAmend 5 лет назад
Thanks Richard, that means a lot. I use different carrier frequencies depending on the goal of the session and the music I've used. With this particular track, the carrier/pitch frequency changes as the speed of the isochronic beats go up and down. It's also higher in the right ear in parts to add emphasis to the higher isochronic beat frequency in that ear.

Thanks Jason, Your tunes always help me power through the afternoon office slog. Really helps with energy and yet still keeps focus on the task at hand. If working in company I use noise cancelling headphones and give my co workers stress balls to hurl at me if they need my attention. It means I bother them less, and I am sure chucking stress balls at the boss helps them as well. If on my own I use a bass boosted system which shakes the walls... both work just as well.

I'm afraid this track isn't available as an MP3, it's exclusive to RU-vid.
