Great stuff, David. Wish I had known this about thirty years younger in life, but glad to have identified it eventually. Life isn’t about what happens TO us, it has everything to do with what happens FOR us. Thanks for all the thought provoking wisdom.

We INFJs are probably the people that understand this the best. I hate people who generalize that they are failure and losers because of a single event or a chain of events that once happened to them and by doing this they make themselfs more and more misersble. We live in the age of comparison and demonstration so this is a very important topic. Everyone thise days want's to be cool, but what is like to be „cool“ anyway? Everyone is cool in his own unique way, there are no „winners“ or „losers“, it's all a matter of perception. Everyone likes to here nice words about him/herself, but when someone want's to be close to me only on a base of how cool am I and how he/she is not it's like a bright red light to me. I am not cool, I am what I am and you are what you are, as simple as it sound's and everyone have the right to be what he/she is and be unique with the uniqueness that everyone is inborn with. And why I say that INFJs are most likely to understand this the best. Yes, an introverted mind is a big deal with all that overthinking, enxiety, Ni-Ti loop and all sord fo stuff, but light comes out of darkness, right and we will never be the caregiving people that we are without our biggest deamons that I just describe. Thay are the things that lights up our inner fire as well as they can burn us in with it. That's why there's no „cool“ and „uncool“. World isn't black and white and I really feel sory about people who havent understand this yet.

I sure do have many of these cognitive problems... I've been trying to work on them... I've been catching myself more & I love your way of calling us out cuz it is important for us to flourish. Thanx David ✌🏻

I actually allow myself to do this. I am an overthinker and I sometimes just let it go. I say, OK, what is the worse possible outcome? I then explore every option, every outcome my imagination can conjour, and even though I know that something else I have never considered is likely to happen, one truth is always evident. Whatever happens, I will handle it. I guess what I am saying is, sometimes you just need to let it bleed for a scab to form.

I try really hard not to do this but it does creep in when the guard is down. I just keep trying lol. Keep on swimming keep on swimming......🦈🐠🤣

I don’t fortune tell, I tend to daydream of something better. Maybe that’s how I get thru the truckload of b.s that’s being dumped on me. It’s my coping mechanism, I guess. Loving these videos 🇨🇦🇸🇮❤️♥️

95% of the time, I’m not a fortune teller. I prefer to stay in the thought pattern of process, learn, let go. It definitely takes a positive mindset. At 63, I’ve had years of practice. Stay awesome David. And I’m very happy your path met up with Jacklyn’s😊❤️

Drop the 🎤 This past year astronomers have discovered that Uranus has a ring around it. Not as bright as Saturn 🪐 but still... Guided meditations are helpful for beginners. Don't worry about following exactly, just go with the flow and be nonjudgmental. If you can watch a movie without inner dialogue you can meditate.

Is it the same if I fortell myself completing a project that continues to sit there unfinished ? Not particularly negative, but a positive fortune telling that is so accurate that I don't even need to bother to actually finish ?

I can definitely identify with this one. Just the other day I made a mistake at work and my mind immediately goes into, I'm going to get fired. Today I'm struggling with not getting the apartment I want and my mind is going into I'm never going to find an apt and I'm going to be homeless.

Nope, in fact it annoys the shit out of me that I can't see my future. I have some ideas based on possibility and probability. We can also create self fulfilling prophecies. Thoughts are things afterall.... Put enough energy and intention into something and it will happen good, bad or otherwise.
