Axis losing that game with their complete mid game domination was embarrassing. Could've easily built more panzer ivs or a panther to finish off that game.

definitely frustrating to watch boaring build double howitzers and then refusing to barrage the top side bofors. probably couldve killed it in one combined barrage too.

Yeah seriously, they could have opened that so easy and one howitzer was enough to suppress the center point. ESPECIALLY when they also had walking Stuka support until end game.

Massive throw from the axis for getting 2 LeFH despite already having 1 Walking Stuka. He should have known that the LeFH does reduced damage against base structure (but bonus against UKF defensive structures), so bombarding the base isn’t a good idea.

It was a fair risk to take since unit in base are likely to just be back from retreating, meaning they're low on HP. However, getting 1 is enough. Getting 2 outside of team game is overkill.

UKF and USF can just move their medics and retreated low HP units. It is Ostheer, Soviet and OKW that are vulnerable to base shelling because their medics are fixed to the buildings.

@@NguyenHoang-mo7hs but whenever those units move, they aren't likely to heal others. The applied pressure is there and it disrupt the buildup even further. Again, it's a gamble and damaging unit with healing effect will disrupt healing, which wear down the receiving end, if it does not outright causing model loss or wipe. That's why retreat point is another ideal barrage target. And base is the retreat point unless set otherwise.

​@@naksachaisaejane1982 It's not disruptive at all. UKF and USF can just move their troops and their medics elsewhere and then continue to heal. Ostheer, Soviet, and OKW are the ones that have to forgo healing for the whole duration of the barrage if they don't want to eat artillery because the medics are fixed to the buildings.

@@NguyenHoang-mo7hs did you not read my reply? If not, please do. When those units are moving, they aren't healing, and that's already a considerable disruption. Adding the fact shells can stray and land a lucky RNG hit that wipe squad(s) is more of addition. It's still gamble that can work in practice. Not the strongest point, but useful.

Considering the difference in ranks, as well as the fact Sir Ducksworth (in the games I have played alongside him) is one of the best 2v2 players out there, I am surprised how close the Axis came to winning.

Boaring lost this game for sure, 2 howitzers... Axis not bad in this game early infantry fights but very very bad on mid late tanks game, this KT's always in wrong place in all match and just chillin outside of combat, british tanks moves most time, very very bad game for axis
