Watched and liked as promised! GG, really high lvl of strategy. I just simply dont see a better OKW play to overcome Brits. That KT push might have been more devastating with the P4 still alive supported by planes. Was a bit careless leaving it in range of the AT gun. Anyway 99% of time Tiramisu evaded effective AT fire. Brit inf is just so versatile, humongous range, stiff models. They decided mid game, and put VP pressure on him.
Great game! I'm wondering, what is everybody's favorite faction and why? I'm still pretty new to the game and trying to figure stuff out, but from what I've seen so far they all seem unique and powerful.
@@HelpingHans I enjoy playing with the Brits too, the commandos are fun to use. It seems like a big hindrance to not have non-doctrinal indirect fire though. Do they have any strength that balances that out, or is it not that big of a deal in the first place?
@@kadesmith7781 They do. Use your engineers to make mortar emplacements (because nothing says 'f*** off' like high explosives raining down on you). Your snipers can call down arty barrages from your base howitzers, as can your infantry sections when you get the right upgrade. All this ties into the theme that the brits find a patch of dirt, dig their heels in, and yeet a bunch of 'sod off, kraut!' at whatever comes their way.
@@kadesmith7781 make mortar pits with your Royal Engineers. Choosing the location for these things is most important; place them in places where they can cover crucial lanes of attack, but are also hard to assault. You can't move these mortar pits, but they're powerful and can be game winning if the enemy can't reach them.
What an intense match. Relentless pressure from both sides. I'm kinda curious though Hans, why didn't you get a medic or a forward assembly? Your infantry seemed to really get bogged down by the slow healing of the infantry sections and it could be ammo spent in other abilities.
Yea quite expensive in manpower early game, you have to be aggressive in the early game to get winning edge over enemy always pressure munni and fuel points , so you can predict what the enemy will do and what units he will use
So 1 v 1 as brits fighting okw, what do you do late game once the tiger is out because literally hit it with like 6 shots and nothing. I feel like okw is so cheap to start with but once thats out its game over.
Hans always prio arty munnitions when playing this commander than lmgs , for me also its better to spam more arty to get map control all the time , then get the lmgs later when inf are vet 3 and much more effective than early lmgs
I think its always worth to destroy AT guns by all means if you got the chance by off map arty or anything because you got free rampage with your tanks then.
Doesnt have man power i think , what he should have done is get indrect arty cuz hans has 4 support weapons , he could have bleed hans that way , during course of the game brits inf are much more reliable on late game
@@miguelangelcifuentescruz689 the duration lasts for like a minute and it basically denies entry for all those terretories during that time and if u consider the price its pretty much broken, imagine having 3vps and then using that shit, the enemy is not able to push at all during the abilities duration
@@goy0551 Only indirect fire good against jägers. But jägers have sprint. Against mg if they in heavy cover. Jägers win that fight due to marksman and sprint.
@@funbun420 they aint got armor support in the game , unlike the brits inf section hans always attack with armor and inf , jaegers have no choice to insta retreat and give map control
wtf i should win wtf iam in cover... yeah as the volks werent in cover... sorry that your op section had a model drop against a volks squad... oi know usually the volks squad should be parrished against a tommy section. So sorry that you brit aboos have a less chance of tommys can be beaten by equal squad... i know this didnt happens often. And yeah it really sucks that it took 2-3 sprays with hmg to get the supression... i mean clearly there was a model out of cover... but yeah maybe its ment as that since i often see allied squads in open field with zero cover cant get pinned and just frag the gunner of the hmg and getting the hmg into a deathloop... even 2-3 squads clumped up at one open spot with zero cover (not even yellow small crates through mortar shells or so) need like 2-3 sprays to get the pinn effect progged... sometimes i have the feeling it is either bugged or depends as so much in this game on rng.
