when looking up the coh3/coh2 stats its good to see the player numbers on coh 3 catching up on coh 2, finally. (top 200 players) this game is getting its stride.
They don't get any of the benefits other infantry get from it. They also get increased upkeep and population so they have less power density than a 5 squad with 2 lmgs. VSL is pretty bad if you are going pgrens imo.
@@adikonas1978 when a bunch of new commanders come out you tend to fool around more than when the meta is settled. its only natural. though, he did miss a couple of fundamentals.
I thought the Funkpanzerwagen was able to generate munitions (at vet 1 -2 -3) !!? I watched the replay in it's entirety and felt like that Haxses* Funkpanzerwagen ability wasn't working...
Due to the way flamethrowers work in general, spacing matters a lot for the flammpanzer's damage but if something is remotely bunched up it'll die very quickly. it remains a very good vehicle into rangers due to having 2MGs buffed by BG plus flamethrower.
Yeah Stuarts suck, they're an expensive waste of fuel as we saw in this game. Crusaders are decent but you need three to four of them to make them effective. I think Olvadi would have been better off with Crusaders or Grants in this match, Matildas are just too slow when facing highly mobile DAK players.
Interesting to see people's opinions on stuarts. I know a number of quite high elo players that love them, so maybe it's personal preference. The answer is probably because grants got a huge buff last patch and are just really strong right now so it makes sense to try to rush them asap.
@@Haxses. Yeah any fuel spent in T2 has to be carefully considered, feels like the real Brit power spike is when you get T3 up and get Grants or Crusaders out. My issue with Stuarts is they need a big investment - not only in terms needing to get a couple out to justify the requisition cost but you then need Light Vehicle Training to make them actually hit stuff. Otherwise the gunner goes into full Stevie Wonder mode.
I am just wondering when relic will balance rangers. They are easily the strongest unit in this game they dont die they vet very quickly the usual 3 of them can roam everywhere in the map deleting everything they set their eyes on
They're strong but you can rest easy knowing you won't see tanks anytime soon and allows you to double down on anti infantry without too much worry. you also have to factor in the reinforce cost and time making them very slow to get back in action. Model losses are a huge cost.
@@mr_ako662 then you'll know that axis have the best supression tools in the game. That's all you need to counter rangers. Yes, they're a good unit, but what about Guastatori? You can't even counter them with supression as they have free smoke. I would argue they are stronger in many situations
