15:40 Yeah trying some Bishop shenanigans alongside some Brit builds with Commandos lead me to conclude the same. I think the Leig, Pack Howi, etc, kind of nullify the Bishop and Howi's a bit. They're okay at what they do and can get some good shots but so can the cheaper alternatives. I think the indirect Howitzers in this game need a bit of a buff in some ways to make them more distinct from the Pack Howitzers.
