Originated by keyboardist Steve Chernove in 2002, Pretzel Logic - A Steely Dan Revue approaches its third decade entertaining audiences. The band consists of three versatile vocalists, three smoking horns, and a heart pounding five piece rhythm section who have recorded and toured with countless top names in entertainment. Pretzel Logic performs at outdoor festivals, popular night clubs, fine restaurants, theater rooms, jazz showcases, casinos, and exclusive private events throughout Southern California and Las Vegas.
The band’s vast repertoire comprises over 70 songs from the Steely Dan songbook ranging from well-known hits, to lesser known songs, pleasing both the casual listener and the most devout Dan fan. Pretzel Logic consists of a rotation of exceptionally talented players with a deep appreciation of Steely Dan. Vowing never to compromise authenticity, the size of the band is crafted to represent Steely Dan as it performs today, featuring Fagen styled vocals, smooth harmonies, and a jazzy grooving beat that will get you up and out of your seat.
