Coimbra is located on the banks of the river Mondego, is a popular travel destination, and is famous for its university, the oldest in Portugal and one of the oldest in Europe. The Coimbra University is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

There is much more to see in Coimbra ! Do not forget : the 'Observatorio geofisico e astronomico' the Forum, The Mata Nacional do Choupal with its different areas like sport, The panoramica views on the other side of the historical center, The different areas of the town and not juste the historical center, The fluvial beach, The different universities like psychology university and arts university, The different big shopping centers, Etc.

I like to know about renting studios and apartments in Coimbra.

As a graduate student at the university of Coimbra, I rented a private bedroom for 250€ mounth. Friends of mine tell the princes they pay for theirs range from 150 up to nearly 300€. In what concerns about renting a house or a flat, then it could start, approximately, at 400€ or above.
