I am 14 minutes in and I don't care how this ends....just becauser I can not stand these casino games that arbitrarily through an item up to fool people like "ohhh but the pot is so full" or "ohhh but the pig is so fat" Every single thing is the exact random number generator as any other slot. Did you check the other denoms at max bet to see if any of the tops had better items to begin with? Each denom and each bet has it's own unique board up top, and there may have been one that already had a larger progressive to shoot for.
