Me and my friend Abby went metal detecting around a few abandoned houses. The first place didn't produce much but the 2nd site was a treasure trove ! it was amazing ! ,We were pulling up floor boards and finding coins, marbles and buttons . Check out the video ! By the way we detected for 8 hours , Abby is one hardcore relic hunting country girl. If any of yall can think of a relic hunting nickname for her that would be nice, I have a few in mind, just need some ideas. Thanks for watching !

I am a 62 year old retired widower in Nashville, TN that was inspired by your videos to but a Metal detector a month ago...I bought the Bounty Hunter Lone Star to learn on til I can save up for a Garret AT Pro...I go almost every day and am finding 50 cents to a dollar a day...My best finds so far are a 1954S Wheat Penny, and Yesterday a silver cross...I am also finding a TON of scrap copper I can sell...Plese keep the videos coming...they are a great help and inspiration to me...

I found a commemorative token for the Apollo X moonshot today in the yard of a 100 year old house...It had been buried since about 1968...perfect condition!

I would like to talk to your parents about what they did right when raising you. My son is 5, and so far he is only into screens. I would be so proud to have him grow up interested in real activities and hobbies like this. Both of you are excellent examples of young people engaged in the real world. Good job the both of you.

That is a good way to put it! I'm 12 I do this as a hobby. If u want your child to have fun get him a bounty hunter metal detector! I have one and it work if u take care of it! Just don't let him at your lawn or it will be dug up. I have past experiences.

18:52 - That silver rod with the flat top on it next to the silverware is an engine valve. Probably from a small engine, or car.

Toward the end of the civil War, because of the shortage of lead, the South sometimes used ceramic rifle balls, that look much like a clay marble. A caliper will tell you if it is a caliber popular in that era. I find them just walking the alleys of my old southern town.

i live on lake erie in Michigan and walk the beach everyday I'm a huge collector of sea glass and Beach finds, marbles found in the ocean and lakes are a huge deal for sea glass collectors it's one of our absolute favorite things to find

Me and my grandfather collected coins throughout my life since I was 6 or 7 all the way up to the day he passed away. So seeing all these videos of coins and things makes me want to get back into coin collecting. especially since I moved to alaska not to long ago and the small town I live in has a bunch of old abandoned houses from the 20's and 30's. So I might have to start digging.

God Bless You both, Nuggetnoggin and beautiful Miss Abby !!! I used to do a lot of antique bottle huntin here in southeastern Pennsylvania back in my younger years and enjoyed it very much. When we did it Nugget, we didn't have the luxury of havin a metal detector. Back in the 1970's, most of our neck of the woods was farmland and finding the dumps for the farmhouses was pretty easy. The reason because of all the green weeds and plants around the houses is because of all the brass. Brass helps plants grow larger and stronger. Even makes more plants just sitting there!
