I spent over an hour trying to find out the best versions for Laung Gawacha, but I confess I found all the best ones were sung by Pakistani singers. You guys are just amazing. The whole point of CS is to push Pakistani music and experiment with different sounds. In a lot of the harder, rock oriented songs you see people whining the most. It's called variation and diversity people, and it's a good thing. You people need to stop being so soft. The first half is really good, especially the harmonium melody over the distorted guitars. Everyone discrediting Haroon Shahid, and ask for moving to 3:14 for QB. Instead, if there wouldn't be Haroon's pitch QB alone can't create the aroma of sounds and vocals of such stature. Both compliment each other very swiftly and this swiftness being ignored by 99% including me at the beginning of listening to it 4-5 times and got this realization. Coke Studio artists are masters of masters and they decided that way which can be the best of the best.

Haroon Shahid looks kinda cute, but I came here to hear Quratulain Baloch! There is something mesmerizing about her. In "Sammi meri waar" the only thing she sings is the signature line "saami meri waar main waari", and I screwed the replay button. Here too, she sings just about 3-4 lines of the "laung gawacha" song, and I feel like hitting the replay button just for her!

This is so beautiful to me ! Guys be open to experimentation. Its very easy to make a negative comment without even realising the amount of hard work and creative energies been invested to put up something as grand as this. This is a 10 on 10 for me .... The chord progressions of Laung Gawacha is impeccable .. Goose bumps :)
