I have served in those areas during early 1990s. There were no decent roads all along. Many times, compass were used to align own movement. Problems during the winters was increased manifold.
Aadi's question at 23:12 What are the Chinese getting out of this? - access to India's market. Now our trade deficit against China will go further up, our manufacturing (whatever we have left of it) will further suffer, we will become more dependent on China.
What is "China occupied Tibet"? Will you call North East India as "Indian occupied North East"? Tibet was a part of China even during the Qing Dynasty. The North East came under India's control only during British rule. You must be honest with history.
Aadi ji, Col ji - Very best from me to you, your analysis are apt at times, sir but related to jammu discussion we had in previous podcast, I had reviewed analysis of Dr ankit shah and it seems he has shared proper analogy for it , would you like to respond to it?
Raina sir, as you told we are back to pre 2012-13 situation on patrolling and it' seems a fare deal. Now what about solving remaining issue and getting back Aksai Chin as they are the weakest economically and militarily as per Maj Gen Rajiv sir?
Will the patrolling happen in the buffer zone ? Has the buffer-zone been created on the Indian side only, which means the Chinese would advance in to our land for patrolling?
Clever Chinese pulled out just before the setting of winters. Who knows, they might be hiding in the burrows on other side of mountains and return after the winters. By now, in 4 years, the Chinese might have constructed underground bunkers as they have done opposite Nathu La.
On top of all,.Pak and BD are sitting in lap of US. Will that help Ind to negotiate with Chin to get all lost territory and authenticate borders on western, middle and eastern sectors?
@Aadi: why are you answering questions that have nothing to do with the topic of this video? Please see the comment section and answer the questions related to this video. thank you.
My take is China has just maybe has realised that they have opened too many fronts. They are now prioritising where they could put other disputes in back burner. First priority is in and around China sea and Pacific Ocean. So dispute with India is deferred by three years or so.
After seeing Rahul Gandhi's defeat in June LS elections, China decided to disengage from border else it will have to keep its troops there for next five yrs waiting for Rahul's 4th attempt. With China's economy nose diving, it seemed a long haul. Thanks, Indian voters who defeated massive domestic echo system aided by combined onslaught of US & Chinese interests whose interests coincided with different reasons in installing unstable pliable govt in India.
WINTER & BRICKS Related Discount happening currently only!!!!? See them after the Winter Season whole periods for their presence attitude. Main losses Must be happening from the West Superpower fellows for the Trade & Export orders!?!
Mr. Aadi, I found this Informative, Detailed and nice analysis by Con. A. J. very nice way, in view of our Relationship with China and India. It's very true that, it will be Harmful, if we trust this country. As, we must always keep in mind the History of its style of his nature in History. Here I will remember the past slogan 'Hindi Chini Bhai Bhai' at the time of Nehru was our P. M.
