All respect to the legend Alem but he shouldn't have gone past elisii, great battle. For me elisii won, especially considering he fought with a broken mic.
@@jef_6987 Dlow reached out to Elisii after the battle and Elisii said that he had to work extra hard just to get his sounds get loud on stage, and it (could) have been a mic problem for Elisii
They are both crazy. Elisii was strong for me, especially his first round, but I feel the same way as you. Elisii had a lot of skill in the second round, but always felt like something was missing. In the end I'm sad to see someone say that Elisii's loss to Alem was the wrong verdict, Alem also has a lot of skill, energy and determination. Big up to Elisii and Alem, it was a good battle. Elisii is indeed often underrated, but this time instead of being robbed, he was honorably lost in a fierce battle.
I have to disagree, for multiple reasons. 1. Crowd movement and energy has a big impact on how it transfers to the listener/watcher. Everyone including colaps would have gotten way more hyped and would have felt way better about Elisii`s rounds if the crowd reacted properly. And the crowd not reacting properly is because of point 2. 2. Elisii`s audio was wayyy more quiet then Alems. This has a LOT of impact on the connection aspect between the artist and the crowd AND the Judges. Dlow or chesame and sxin said themselves that the audio was like 100/70-75. Such a big disadvantage can`t be ignored. Becuase of the sound issue (that Elisii realised himself quickly ofcource) elisii had to push Really hard to get his sounds out and a lot of combinations weren`t hearable for the crowd (maybe first rows only) and especialy not for the judges who were sitting in the back. 3. Alem made a lot of mistakes. I am not a elisii fanboy and i really enjoyed Alems elimination, but after his elimination; his structure was off; his paterns/sounds weren`t that original (heard a lot b4); and he made a lot of mistakes, some small, some big. 4. Alems counter in his 2nd round i think, was really poor. He said "easy easy" and made sounds that didn`t sound like elisii`s at all. A poorly executed counter scores Minus points because its a high risk - high reward move to use a counter. 5. And also just looking at the video only ( where the sound is correctly balanced ) i think elisii did a Wonderfull job with insane paterns and combo`s and a really high level of every sound used. His first round do be a repetition of a routine he created before so i can`t give many originality points for that specific side topic on the originality tree. Alem has amazing stage precense, looks really confident, hypes up the crowd and is a really solid beatboxer. When Alem prepares super well (like in his elimination) he can bang out 4 magical minutes that hit all judging criteria and is pleasing to the ear. But i can`t agree with you saying that it wasn`t a wrong verdict and that Elisii didn`t get robbed because he got stiffer here hugely (my argument based opinion as well as sxin and chasames and probably a lot more people like almost everyone in the comment section of that battle). This is no hate or anything, just wanted a little discussion and wanted to tell my opinion
@@frankefftink2580 Respect your ideas, bro. I can understand why people say Elisii was robbed. I just can't accept that they explain it in a way that discredits ALEM.(Of course not everyone is like that, like you are not.) I'm glad you offered your opinion, and I agree with you. I hope people can express their dissatisfaction with the judgment, but don't underestimate any beatboxers efforts. Finally, I want to say that my English is very poor, I may not be able to express my thoughts clearly, I am sorry. Hope you have a great day too.
@@nawiatboi1844 Complete agreed, just saying Elisii was robbed is very discrediting towards Alem who works his butt off for years and is well deserved in the Gbb. Also thanks for the compliment! Constructive critisism or a constructive opinion is a great good and should be done more often. Great day my guy
Alem had many good points, but Elisii is just ahead of its time. Elisii is solid, I would like to hear what he would bring next rounds. Besides, incredibly flawless😮
First time I heard it I thought Elisii should win for sure. Then I hear it again and, (well I'm a noob so idk) but are a lot of the patterns (clicks/clops) the same in the first and second round?
