To turn up on someones door and immediately offer a community resolution is basically saying, "without any investigation, after only hearing one side of the story, i have found you guilty and hope to penalise you without due process of law." Can someone remind me when the police were given authority to decide the guilt or innocence of anybody?

ive had this they ignored the evidence of people bullying and acusing me of things i could of never done attacking me with tools in my own and then called the police claiming i attacked him to the police lied out right when ringing them up .after took tool off him and put him to sleep.refusing to make statement by threat of arrest shouting at me and refusing to look at the evidence and then following me walking my dog round town.police played down my complaint .and i was attacked again threats to my pet and threats of evictioni need help on this.
As an Australian, I am always surpised that the english don't seem to have security doors with one way vision. We have had them for over 50 years here. You can speak to the person outside without them seeing you or beig able to enter.
You can use camera through security door with zero possibility of the police gaining entry without a battering ram. So often I see police there use emotional blackmail to gain entry. The one way doors are great you can see and hear them while they can hear you but can't make eye contact. It is also good for when scammers and bible bashers call. 🦘😎
Once you open the door, the thugs like to put their foot in the door so you can’t shut it. That way, if you do try to shut the door, with his foot blocking it, they will then claim you assaulted the pig and arrest you! Any excuse to use violence!!
Made that mistake over a Facebook post was told that police were looking for me for posting a joke on a "joke group page" Handed myself in £520 fine and a criminal record section 26 I think of the communications act back in 2012 Since then I gave up fb and never gone back
UK Police are like this... for instance they say a person has a right to photograph in public BUT if you don't explain yourself you're suspicious and if you don't give your name and address you're making them worried

Going to a volutary interview translates as: Let us ask you some questions to see if you will incriminate yourself while you're inside a building with 2,3 or more officers close by so that we can create an intimidating atmosphere making false threats and allegations to assist us further so that you can play a part in your own prosecution. Does not the police man understand the meaning of Voluntary? They all seem to think that VOLUNTARY means COMPULSORY. He ignored the counter claim and did not investigate the so called incident. The complaint by an Enforcement Agent/Officer must be true, regardless of any evidence proving it to be false. In addition asking a person to leave your property several times does not matter!!! The official was told on at least 6 occasions that the uploader has the entire episode on video which essentially is the evidence he (cop) needs to solve this dispute. Yet he is harping on about the alleged assault made by the bailiff and attempting to get the uploader to confess to something which has still yet to be proven. He could have this case settled within 30 seconds of this video.
But, that’s not there mission to help out “we the people”. There mission is to charge us or make up charges, if they have to, just so they can show us, who’s the boss! Their mission is to steal our property & money and put us in a cage!

What if the neighbor is holding a black umbrella or a long pipe? The pigs would claim, “But, we got a call for an active shooter with an AK-47. I was in fear for my life” The neighbor wouldn’t live to see the sun set, all because “we got a call”

So this cop takes 1 side of an incident and assumes that the ALLEGATION is FACT. without accepting the other side of the incident,before issuing an order. despite this guy stating he has the incident on film. one would have thought the cop would have the sense to at least ask IF he could see the video of the incident.BEFORE coming to a judgement.
Through a Subject Access Request you should find out whether there was actually a witness or whether he was just bullshitting. Chances are he’s lying to put pressure then you can sue their arse for misconduct.
I’ve had exactly the same crap as this, something went off which was nothing to do with me; cop called and wanted 'restorative justice' which means they want money. I’ve done nothing, no investigation, no proof I’ve done anything (because none exists) just straight to 'give us money'. Then a 'voluntary interview when I officially told them to bog off, subsequently accused me of being aggressive FFS
I thought they were supposed to remain impartial?, it sounds like that bailiff had lied through his teeth and was trying to make a fraudulent claim yet this "impartial " officer was taking his side and was not listening to a thing you said, you were lucky you had that video.

0:30 exactly how to deal with the SS. 1. Ask them for their ID first 2. Ask them if they're detaining you. 3. If not (most likely not) then see them off quickly and shut the door. The guy should have finished it there. I've done this method many times. Oldest one in the book but still works everytime

The 'unsubstantiated accusation' REPORTED FIRST by the bailiff to the police,... on an incident which the 'up-loader' thought - not worthy of reporting - was the TACTIC of the said bailiff to - INCONVENIENCE - the 'accused' and attempt 'by other means to ADMIT by way of apology or other means - HIS GUILT - of the accusation. - Having done so, the police can then use THAT CONFESSION - TO BRIG THEIR OWN CRIMINAL CHARGE OF ASSAULT. - If the video evidence of the bailiff was so explicit, as to show common assault,... Joe Public , would have been arrested there & then on the spot OR given a court date. - NEVER go to a (fishing) voluntary interview,... without legal representation. .

Judge and jury at your door now, without any type of investigation they just turn up and tell you what happened and think they can convict you at your own home. You should have just given him your invoice for taking your time with this nonsense.

I'd previously seen this on Crimebodge's channel, Joe, without realising it was you. I have to commend you on the way you handled the situation, as it's another example of how useless today's police really are. I've always told people that without evidence, the police are totally clueless of crime, yet they use interview tactics to trap people into incriminating themselves. They are highly successful in this regard, and I repeat, without evidence they're clueless, so my advice has always been don't go giving them any assistance by opening your mouth. We all have the right to remain silent, even before they arrest someone, so you can only harm any potential defence by unknowingly giving them an opportunity by interacting with them. I've seen first hand the tactics they'll employ to get people to incriminate themselves, so again, keep it simple stupid, DO NOT TALK TO THE POLICE! Well done Joe, glad I discovered your channel via Daniel from PAP, keep up the good work.

ALLEGED !!!! that means not proven also told bailiff to leave , he HAS to leave otherwise he is causing "breach of the peace " and refusing to leave a persons property also it becomes a trespass , cannot be trespassed lawfully unless told to leave , voluntary interview is because they have no proof of an indictment , but not attending can redeem as guilty , but if you went to interview and remained silent , the court can redeem that as not-guilty. If you state "no comment" they can use a "adverse inference" in court , but as you were then summoned to court they arrest then taken to court without questioning they cannot use "adverse inference" against you ,so you could then use/prove your evidence . I believe if you went voluntary interview statement ( you then have legal represented ) stated what you have on here and submitted your recording as proof at the voluntary interview , the prosecution would probably not pursue be good Joe
Restorative justice for an “incident” that happened a few hours beforehand? Obviously there has been an allegation, then a counter allegation, so should the police not be arresting both parties, reviewing evidence, and then proceeding to Court if the evidence warrants it? Am I missing something?

Does anyone know the statute of limitations for criminal cases? I heard there is no time limit on them in England at least? Also Perjury I wondered if that has an expiry date too so to speak? As in bringing a charge of perjury against another individual. Proving ones innocence after conviction is one of the hardest and most difficult matters to clear up I think. Conviction with no supporting evidence may I add and the defendant has proven they were unable to attend their trial and their solicitors had to withdraw and the trial proceeded in the defendants absence for pure profit by way of court costs and fines probably? The defendant was also messed around so much just before their appeal it collapsed due to the defendant not being able to procure legal assistance in time and appeal location changed at the 11th hour.. You will not believe what happened and I have to clear up. My legal defence material has gathered legs in my favour and further important and vital supporting evidence has come to light. It cannot fail in an honest court and justice environment. Even vital evidence requested by the defendant has been withheld from them so they are currently unable to complete a Judicial Review they were trying to finish. Thus having to rely on the CCRC only? Yet it is proving very difficult indeed to find any help in the form of a good criminal case solicitor in Bucks or anywhere for that matter? I have fees waiting to be paid out to the right legal representative by way of compensation also.. Have tried contacting a few solicitors but no joy yet.. Not even any replies to say thanks but no thanks.. Onward it goes.
