That's the one Spade was talking about on Norm MacDonald's podcast here they only needed Spade for the wide shot and Dana Carvey got to play both Bush and Perot.. the sad detail is Spade didn't know that until after they put him in make-up and costume.

Must be because Perot's character was not live, but taped, as he mentions at the end ("I'm on tape. Why don't you [Bush] do it, 'live-boy'?").

@@veitdalee4810 Yeah by fiscally conservative i meant federal debt control by raising taxes, he was essentially a modern democrat,Clinton actually followed that road after being elected and they gave rise to New Democrats
