Yipes! I once jumped into 58 degree water...took me about 58 minutes to make the decision. I bet you feel great when you get out!!!!

I totally get that!! It's certainly not easy and your mind wants to hold you back to keep you safe. After doing it you feel great like accomplishing something that was so tough! Have you thought about doing it again?
