Your going to want come frame reinforcement. A frame liner would be better than fish plate. The rail flanges will need reinforcements for sure.

Thanks for the info! Ive been thinking about it occasionally about what I was going to do when I get back at it, was thinking boxing it in if I move the axle back to where it was from the factory. A frame liner sounds like the strongest and correct way to do it if I move the axle back, thanks again!

@@joewilliams7861. I’d like to see more of the frame work. Please post vids as you go. I admire your courage in putting it back to the original wheel base. I think you are exactly right about the suspension bolt pattern.
