Cold start up sound Ford Sapphire GLX 3.0 V6 

That motor is uprated V6 yes u right. But that motor have solid lifter. Only 3.4 V6 have hydraulic lifters.

@@matthewdutoit would love to prove you wrong --- i have a uprated motor from a sapphire that i personally removed when the car was destroyed in a fire --- the rear of the car up to the front seats were destroyed but the front was intact --- then I overhauled it and installed it in my ISUZU FLEETSIDE bakkie ---- it had hydraulic lifters

Some of them have that option..... Most of them have solid lifters

@@matthewdutoit Matthew I really beg to differ on this issue ---- the uprated motors ( black block) with the embossed 3.0 V6 sign on the aluminium tappet covers all had hydraulic lifters ---- the HEADS were also different from the blue block --- they are not interchangeable --- even the cast iron exhaust headers
