Cold Summer Salads: Shrimp salad and Pea salad 

I am utilizing my 1947 cook book to create these cold summer salads. All though they are not completely a recipe from this book, I have adapted them into our century. No longer are the times of a boiled head of Cauliflower on a plate topped with mayo. These are going to be a little bit different.
