Will I be the first to be That Guy and say: "Akshually... the name of the pistol is VZ-70. The manufacturer is 'CZ'; the 'VZ' is short for 'Vzor,' which means 'Model.' Akshually..." The earlier versions, the CZ Vz.50, had some cosmetic issues, which were corrected in these. I think they may have done some internal stuff as well. Most of the Vz. 50 pistols were retrofitted to the 70 design. I wish they had worked on the safety a bit more; I never have been able to get my giant mitts to grip it without mashing my thumb with the edge of the safety. But then, akshually, I'm rather incompetent. I used mine to help my kids transition from a .22 to centerfire, and they had no problems with it, not being semi-golems.
If Miracle Whip is what you grew up with, you'll always have a place in your heart for it! My mom's potato salad isn't the same without it! I'm with you on these...they definitely have a classic, OG, commie appeal.
I prefer beretta1951 bacuse of it's cheap price and its is 9mm parabellum but cz70 is 7/65 mm that is a low power ammo and has a short firing range that is 25 meters effective firing range of cz70 with 7/65 ammunition therfore I prefer beretta 1951 that it's price just like cz70 is around 200 to 250 dollars
