Swallowed in the Sea is a song for Gwyneth. She was devastated after the death of her father and Chris was there for her the whole time. When you listen to that song, think about it and that song will be even more beautiful ❤️ “Yeah, you belong with me Not swallowed in the sea”
They didn't like the way the recording of X&Y came out. But they had to publish the album in time so they couldn't record it again. That's what I heard about it though (I think i heard it in an interview talking about Speed of Sound)

I think that if they start playing songs from x&y and other songs from arobtth like Amsterdam I would already be happy ahhaha (brothers and sisters anyway is one of my favs)
