I love all the covers he's done in the past three or so years. You can see how his technique became so polished and how he started adding some complex licks and such since then. His old stuff was great too but stuff like this cover are downright incredible and complex.
Sometimes i don't know if i love him or i hate him... he is simply the best I've ever seen!!! This is the first time i see him using the looper and its fantastic!
I don't know if it's just me or if there are others, but this song, well, this version of it, is my favorite. Jung is truly a master of guitar. I'm not trying to be "that guy" but I have an emotional connection to this song. Not just this version. The original Coldplay version was first. But when I heard Mr. Jung play it, I had to listen again, and again, and again, and again still. And I am still enjoying this. I am definitely a fan of yours. And I enjoy all of your other guitar songs too. In my eyes, for whatever it's worth, you are a master guitarist, and I can only hope to be as good someday. But seeing as I'm just a pianist, I'm not so sure how that'll turn out. Keep up your amazing guitar playing Mr. Jung, and thank you for this beautiful peace of music.

who ever dislikes this is insane for not enjoying such great strumming and playing and an amazing artist. of course i am angry they dislike this but i cant attack them because its their own opinion but i dont see how you can dislike this
I'm really glad he didn't use the loop pedal to take the easy way out - such tools can really take away the skill of the player because it can be a lazy and easy way out, but he still managed to use 100% of his skill even with the pedal, which makes the song that much better. I'm excited to see what else he can do with it. It's a shame he doesn't have a 3rd arm, he's got so much more potential he's physically incapable of using.

talent= being good at something without an investment of time that's the opposite of asian :D no, sersiously calling someone who invested thousands of hours in guitar "talented" is a huge disrespect for the effort he put in it that's the same as calling him lucky or say that his genes did the work
Happy Color Yeah, exactly, I can't fathom the thought of all these non-guitarist fans saying he's the best & 'no one else plays like him'. Sungha Jung's popularity only went up because of RU-vid, he's no 'talented' prodigy winning awards in prestigious contest. Heck when he started, as a very young child, you can see how sloppy his playing was. It's only after all these years, learning from his parents, learning from other prestigious school and mentors in foreign lands did he became good. Sungha Jung is mortal, everyone. His skills, and talents he has today is hard eveidence, proof of how hardworking he has been. If there is one thing that made him shine is not through his playing ( he's not the only guitarist who has this flair ), but in his arrangements. That's the best thing about Sungha Jung - the way he makes fingerstyle arrangements of popular music and conveys that through his playing.
