This is the only video that I’ve ever made intended for non-Magic fans. I’m tired of the way Cole Anthony is talked about amongst other fans and casuals
Idk if you listen to 96.9 the game its a sports talk radio show in Orlando but they have a guy named Marc Daniels....hes been advocating for the magic to trade cole for the longest and hes a suggs fan its annoying i would rather have cole than suggs
yeah and he's not alone in his views lol. I respect your opinion but I think we need to see what Suggs can do without any injury setbacks to fully have an answer in the Suggs vs C-Anthony debate
I like Cole as a player, especially after he accepted 6 man role, he always reminded me of Jamal Crawford or Lue Williams type of player! He has a good attitude and is great in the locker room, the team always needs such a player on the roster, I hope the Magic will resign him this year
Having a career like Lou Will or Crawford is nothing to sneeze at! They're legends in their own way/niche and Cole can be the same . It's a home run type outcome for a 15th pick from a weak draft Some tough decisions will have to be made net summer. I'm just glad I'm not the one making them!
ON a debate about the Magic guards, I think right now Fultz is the best PG on the team, the team runs and plays better, Suggs is kinda of lost a bit but he has plenty of potential to develop into a good guard, just needs to improve his 3pt shot and ball handling. Anthony Black in my opinion was an awful pick, It kinda of reminds me of Elf Payton (hope I'm wrong), IMO he needs 4+ years of development before he can actually contribute to the winning team. As for Cole, he is the best shooter and scorer among all guard rotation so I rather resign him instead of Fultz this year and sign someone like CP3 to mentor black and the rest of the young squad.
Elfrid Payton was overhyped. He was a junior from a weak conference who had a good NCAA tournament run. AB's freshman stats blows EP's out the water. No need to worry about AB becoming the next Payton. With that being said. I still think Payton's career was derailed by several lower body injuries . I think he would've had a long career being a solid defensive PG off the bench if it weren't for his knee and hamstring problems. I agree with everything else. Fultz needs to remain our PG because the offense flows much better with him at the point. Suggs needs to remain healthy, I still have hope of him becoming Jrue Holiday-lite.
